1. Aceptación, alcance y etapa beta1. Acceptance, scope, and beta stage

Estos términos forman el acuerdo para acceder a KRON Era Galáctica, sus clientes oficiales para PC y Android, krongame.com, las cuentas, el chat y los servicios relacionados (el “Servicio”). Al crear una cuenta, descargar un cliente o usar el Servicio confirmas que has leído y aceptas estos términos y la Política de Privacidad. Si no los aceptas, no utilices el Servicio.These terms form the agreement for access to KRON Era Galáctica, its official PC and Android clients, krongame.com, accounts, chat, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading a client, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

KRON se ofrece actualmente como beta: su contenido, equilibrio, capacidad, compatibilidad y disponibilidad continúan en prueba. La beta no elimina las obligaciones del operador ni los derechos irrenunciables del usuario, pero implica que pueden existir fallos, reinicios anunciados, mantenimientos y cambios antes del lanzamiento comercial.KRON is currently offered as a beta: its content, balance, capacity, compatibility, and availability remain under testing. Beta status does not remove the operator’s obligations or non-waivable user rights, but it means bugs, announced resets, maintenance, and changes may occur before commercial release.

2. Edad, registro y seguridad de la cuenta2. Age, registration, and account security

Debes tener al menos 13 años. Si aún no tienes la mayoría de edad aplicable, debes contar con autorización y supervisión de tu padre, madre o representante legal. No debes crear una cuenta en nombre de otra persona, suplantar identidades ni usar nombres que infrinjan derechos, sean engañosos o incumplan las reglas de convivencia.You must be at least 13. If you have not reached the applicable age of majority, you must have authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You may not create an account for another person, impersonate identities, or use names that infringe rights, are misleading, or violate community rules.

Eres responsable de proteger tus credenciales, dispositivos vinculados y acciones realizadas desde tu cuenta. No compartas contraseñas, tokens ni códigos. Debes avisar por el canal oficial si sospechas acceso no autorizado. KRON puede solicitar una verificación razonable para recuperar o proteger una cuenta y puede limitar cuentas múltiples cuando se utilicen para evadir sanciones, manipular recompensas o abusar del Servicio.You are responsible for protecting credentials, linked devices, and actions performed through your account. Do not share passwords, tokens, or codes. Notify the official channel if you suspect unauthorized access. KRON may request reasonable verification to recover or protect an account and may limit multiple accounts when used to evade sanctions, manipulate rewards, or abuse the Service.

3. Licencia limitada de uso3. Limited license to use

Mientras cumplas estos términos, KRON te concede una licencia personal, revocable, limitada, no exclusiva, no comercial y no transferible para instalar los clientes oficiales y jugar. La licencia no vende el software ni sus activos. Solo debes descargar actualizaciones desde krongame.com o un canal oficial anunciado por KRON.While you comply with these terms, KRON grants you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to install official clients and play. This license does not sell the software or its assets. Download updates only from krongame.com or another official channel announced by KRON.

4. Juego limpio y usos prohibidos4. Fair play and prohibited uses

No puedes usar bots, macros, autoclickers, inyección, editores de memoria, clientes modificados, emulaciones destinadas a obtener ventaja, tráfico manipulado ni otra automatización o trampa no autorizada; explotar deliberadamente errores; duplicar objetos; alterar la economía; coordinar resultados falsos; evadir límites o sanciones; vender cuentas u objetos por dinero real sin autorización; intentar acceder a cuentas, servidores, paneles o código restringido; interferir con la red; distribuir malware, phishing o enlaces engañosos; ni ayudar a terceros a hacerlo.You may not use bots, macros, autoclickers, injection, memory editors, modified clients, emulation intended to gain an advantage, manipulated traffic, or other unauthorized automation or cheats; deliberately exploit bugs; duplicate items; manipulate the economy; coordinate false results; evade limits or sanctions; sell accounts or items for real money without authorization; attempt to access restricted accounts, servers, panels, or code; interfere with the network; distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive links; or help others do so.

Si encuentras un fallo que otorgue ventaja o ponga en riesgo datos, deja de utilizarlo y repórtalo de forma privada. Probarlo repetidamente, divulgar instrucciones de abuso o conservar ganancias obtenidas del fallo puede tratarse como explotación.If you find a bug that grants an advantage or risks data, stop using it and report it privately. Repeated testing, publishing abuse instructions, or keeping gains obtained through the bug may be treated as exploitation.

5. Chat, nombres y contenido del usuario5. Chat, names, and user content

No publiques amenazas, acoso, discriminación, contenido sexual que involucre menores, datos personales ajenos, estafas, spam, suplantación, incitación a delitos ni contenido ilegal. La competencia, el PvP y las rivalidades forman parte del juego, pero no autorizan abuso fuera de sus mecánicas. Los mensajes privados de clan o grupo siguen sujetos a estas reglas.Do not post threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual content involving minors, other people’s personal data, scams, spam, impersonation, encouragement of crime, or illegal content. Competition, PvP, and rivalries are part of the game, but they do not authorize abuse outside game mechanics. Restricted clan and group messages remain subject to these rules.

Conservas los derechos que tengas sobre el contenido original que envíes. Otorgas a KRON una licencia mundial, no exclusiva, gratuita y limitada al tiempo necesario para alojarlo, transmitirlo, mostrarlo, moderarlo y conservar evidencia de infracciones. Esta licencia no autoriza a vender tu contenido como obra independiente.You retain any rights you hold in original content you submit. You grant KRON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to the time needed to host, transmit, display, moderate, and preserve evidence of violations. This license does not authorize selling your content as a standalone work.

6. Monedas, progreso y objetos virtuales6. Currency, progress, and virtual items

Créditos, Éter, Aurex, Axiomas, Voidras, naves, equipos, drones, coberturas y demás elementos existen únicamente dentro del Servicio. Representan permisos de uso sujetos a las reglas del juego; no son moneda de curso legal, depósito, inversión, criptoactivo ni propiedad canjeable por dinero. No se garantiza un valor real, escasez permanente, rendimiento o posibilidad de transferencia.Credits, Ether, Aurex, Axioms, Voidras, ships, equipment, drones, skins, and other elements exist only within the Service. They represent permissions to use game features under its rules; they are not legal tender, deposits, investments, crypto-assets, or property redeemable for money. No real-world value, permanent scarcity, return, or transferability is guaranteed.

Durante la beta, KRON puede corregir saldos, revertir duplicaciones, retirar objetos obtenidos por error o fraude y realizar reinicios anunciados cuando sean necesarios para la integridad del juego. Los ajustes deben tener una razón técnica o de seguridad y no eliminan derechos legales sobre pagos reales que pudieran habilitarse en el futuro.During beta, KRON may correct balances, reverse duplication, remove items obtained by error or fraud, and perform announced resets where necessary for game integrity. Adjustments must have a technical or security reason and do not remove legal rights concerning any real-money payments that may be enabled in the future.

7. Actualizaciones, balance y eventos7. Updates, balancing, and events

Para conservar un entorno competitivo, KRON puede modificar estadísticas, recompensas, probabilidades, mapas, NPC, eventos, clasificaciones, requisitos y compatibilidad. Las probabilidades o condiciones publicadas para una actividad deben corresponder a la versión vigente. Los eventos pueden iniciar, finalizar o suspenderse por programación, mantenimiento, seguridad o integridad competitiva.To preserve a competitive environment, KRON may change statistics, rewards, probabilities, maps, NPCs, events, rankings, requirements, and compatibility. Probabilities or conditions published for an activity must match the current version. Events may start, end, or be suspended due to scheduling, maintenance, security, or competitive integrity.

8. Moderación, medidas y revisión8. Moderation, measures, and review

KRON puede investigar registros relevantes, retirar contenido, cambiar nombres, advertir, silenciar, expulsar del chat, suspender funciones, corregir ganancias, bloquear dispositivos vinculados o terminar cuentas. La medida dependerá de la gravedad, intención, reincidencia, impacto y evidencia. Una emergencia de seguridad puede exigir una restricción preventiva mientras se revisa el caso.KRON may investigate relevant records, remove content, change names, warn, mute, remove users from chat, suspend features, correct gains, block linked devices, or terminate accounts. Measures depend on severity, intent, repetition, impact, and evidence. A security emergency may require a preventive restriction while the case is reviewed.

Cuando exista canal de revisión, una apelación debe identificar la cuenta y explicar el error alegado sin amenazas, spam ni información falsa. KRON puede mantener medidas necesarias para proteger a otros jugadores, cumplir la ley o preservar evidencia.Where a review channel exists, an appeal should identify the account and explain the claimed error without threats, spam, or false information. KRON may maintain measures needed to protect other players, comply with law, or preserve evidence.

9. Propiedad intelectual y marcas9. Intellectual property and trademarks

El código, diseños, modelos, mapas, interfaces, nombres de personajes y NPC, textos, música, efectos, logotipos y demás activos de KRON pertenecen al operador o a sus licenciantes. No puedes copiar, extraer, republicar, vender, alquilar, sublicenciar, descompilar salvo excepción legal obligatoria, crear servicios no autorizados, usar activos para entrenar productos comerciales ni presentar material de KRON como propio. Las capturas y transmisiones no comerciales de juego se permiten mientras no revelen información restringida, engañen sobre afiliación ni infrinjan derechos de terceros.KRON’s code, designs, models, maps, interfaces, character and NPC names, text, music, effects, logos, and other assets belong to the operator or its licensors. You may not copy, extract, republish, sell, rent, sublicense, decompile except where law mandatorily allows it, create unauthorized services, use assets to train commercial products, or present KRON material as your own. Non-commercial gameplay screenshots and streams are allowed provided they do not reveal restricted information, misrepresent affiliation, or infringe third-party rights.

10. Disponibilidad, mantenimiento y compatibilidad10. Availability, maintenance, and compatibility

KRON procura mantener el Servicio estable, pero no promete funcionamiento ininterrumpido. Puede haber mantenimiento, saturación, fallos de internet, incompatibilidad del dispositivo, incidentes de terceros o fuerza mayor. Las versiones antiguas pueden dejar de conectarse cuando una actualización sea necesaria para seguridad o compatibilidad. No se garantiza que todos los dispositivos ejecuten la misma calidad gráfica o rendimiento.KRON aims to keep the Service stable but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, congestion, internet failures, device incompatibility, third-party incidents, or force majeure may occur. Old versions may stop connecting when an update is required for security or compatibility. Not every device is guaranteed to run at the same graphical quality or performance.

11. Garantías, responsabilidad y derechos del consumidor11. Warranties, liability, and consumer rights

El Servicio beta se entrega en el estado disponible, con el cuidado razonable exigible. En la máxima medida permitida, KRON no responde por pérdidas indirectas, pérdida de oportunidades, fallos ajenos, modificaciones no autorizadas del dispositivo o conductas de otros jugadores. KRON sí responde cuando la ley no permite excluir o limitar responsabilidad, incluida la causada por dolo o culpa grave cuando corresponda.The beta Service is provided as available, with legally required reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted, KRON is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, third-party failures, unauthorized device modifications, or other players’ conduct. KRON remains liable where the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited, including for willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

Nada en estos términos limita derechos irrenunciables previstos por el Estatuto del Consumidor colombiano u otra norma obligatoria. Si en el futuro se ofrecen compras, el precio total, contenido, duración, impuestos, entrega y política aplicable se mostrarán antes de confirmar el pago.Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under Colombia’s Consumer Protection Statute or other mandatory law. If purchases are offered in the future, total price, content, duration, taxes, delivery, and applicable policy will be shown before payment is confirmed.

12. Suspensión, terminación y cierre del Servicio12. Suspension, termination, and Service closure

Puedes dejar de usar KRON y solicitar eliminación de tu cuenta conforme a la Política de Privacidad. KRON puede suspender o terminar una cuenta por incumplimiento, riesgo de seguridad, requerimiento legal o abuso grave. Al terminar, cesa la licencia y puede perderse acceso a progreso y objetos virtuales, sujeto a derechos obligatorios. Si el Servicio se descontinúa, se procurará avisar con antelación razonable cuando las circunstancias lo permitan.You may stop using KRON and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy. KRON may suspend or terminate an account for breach, security risk, legal requirement, or serious abuse. Upon termination, the license ends and access to progress and virtual items may be lost, subject to mandatory rights. If the Service is discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be attempted where circumstances allow.

13. Ley aplicable y solución de controversias13. Governing law and disputes

Estos términos se rigen principalmente por la ley colombiana. Antes de iniciar una reclamación formal, las partes procurarán resolverla mediante una solicitud clara por el canal oficial, salvo que la ley permita acudir directamente a una autoridad. Puedes ejercer los derechos y acciones ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, jueces u otras autoridades competentes. Si resides en otro país, conservas las protecciones obligatorias que no puedan excluirse por contrato.These terms are primarily governed by Colombian law. Before a formal claim, the parties will try to resolve it through a clear request using the official channel, unless law allows direct recourse to an authority. You may exercise rights and actions before Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, courts, or other competent authorities. If you live in another country, you retain mandatory protections that cannot be excluded by contract.

14. Cambios, idioma y contacto14. Changes, language, and contact

KRON puede actualizar estos términos por cambios legales, técnicos o funcionales. Los cambios materiales se anunciarán en krongame.com, en el cliente o por otro canal oficial. Continuar usando el Servicio después de la fecha de vigencia constituye aceptación cuando la ley lo permita; si se requiere consentimiento nuevo, se solicitará expresamente. La versión en español rige la interpretación principal y la inglesa es informativa. Las consultas se reciben por el canal oficial de soporte anunciado en el Servicio.KRON may update these terms for legal, technical, or functional changes. Material changes will be announced on krongame.com, in the client, or through another official channel. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance where law allows; where new consent is required, it will be requested expressly. The Spanish version governs the primary interpretation and the English version is informational. Questions are received through the official support channel announced in the Service.
